These Terms of Use apply to the use of this website which is owned and/or operated by Cross Ratio Entertainment Pte. Ltd ("CRE"). These Terms of Use also apply to the various services, including all information, communications, links, software, e-newsletters, products, services, other materials and any and all other services that may be added, offered or provided to you from time to time (the “Services”) through this site (the “Site” which shall include the Services).
This Site and any Services provided on the Site are intended for your personal and non-commercial use in accordance with all relevant laws. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. In these Terms of Use, the words “we”, “our” and “us” refer to CRE.
These Terms of Use may be revised or updated from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the website because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the website for any reason. The revised or updated Terms of Use will be posted on the Site and your continued use of the Site shall be deemed and construed as your conclusive and binding acceptance of the revision or updated terms.
In addition, particular service(s) added, offered or provided to you through the Site, may be subject to additional guidelines and/or rules. In such an event, all such guidelines and/or rules shall be deemed incorporated in these Terms of Use by reference. CRE may also offer other services that are governed by different terms of service / terms of use. Internal Policies and PracticesPlease be informed that we have developed and implemented policies and practices to comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 26 of 2012) (the “PDPA”).

What does this Privacy Policy covers?· This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personal data that we may collect when you interact with us, submit information to us, access and/or use our products or services (such as but not limited to online and mobile websites, applications, and other digital services) (collectively, the "CRE Services").
· This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites, applications and other services and we advise you to read the privacy statements of such websites, applications and other services you visit which collects personal information.
What is the information used for?Your personal data will be collected, used, disclosed and/or processed by us for the following purposes:
· To send you notices, information, promotions and updates including marketing and advertising materials in relation to our goods and services and those of third party organizations selected by us.
· To provide goods and services by us or by our designated representatives and/or business partners to you or to parties designated by you and matters ancillary thereto.
· To verify and process payment when you purchase goods and services from us.
· For verification and record of your personal particulars including comparing it with information from other sources and using the information to communicate with you.
· To conduct statistical analysis of the users of the CRE Services including the number of users, the frequency of use, profile of users and using such analysis for our business plans, the enhancement of our products and services, targeted advertisements and conveying such information in broad terms (but not information in relation to specific individuals) to third parties who have or propose to have business dealings with us.
· To comply with any request from any third party or any order of court or directive from authorities investigating any alleged offence, misdeeds and/or abuse or for the purposes of taking legal action against any users.
How can you opt out?In the event that you wish for us to discontinue the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data for any of the above purposes, you may also write in to us at dpo@crossratioent.com to inform us of the same.
Whenever we send you any marketing information, we will include instructions on how to unsubscribe. For example, our e-newsletters will have unsubscribe links.
Can you access or correct your personal data?You may update your personal information at any time by accessing your account(s) with us or by writing in to us at dpo@crossratioent.com to inform us of the same.
Will your personal information be shared with anyone?· We will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
· We will only share your personal details with a third party for the purposes and situations as described above, or for other purposes where we have your consent to do so.
For the avoidance of doubt, you consent to:
(a) CRE collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your personal data for the purposes and situations as described above;
(b) CRE transferring your personal data out of Singapore to CRE’s third party service providers or agents for the purposes and situations as described above.
How is your data protected?We will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data are protected from unauthorized access and other similar risks. Access to your account(s) is password protected. Thus, no other party, including CRE employees, can change the information. We will not be responsible and you agree that you will not hold us responsible for any losses or damage incurred by you whatsoever caused by your non-compliance to any of the foregoing. All information gathered by CRE is stored in systems that may only be accessed by authorised CRE staff using assigned user ids and passwords.
Changes to this Privacy PolicyCRE may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our platforms. You agree that such posting will constitute sufficient and adequate notice to you of the changes. You agree that your continued use of our products and services after such amendment will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the modified policy.
ReleaseThis policy is subject to any existing laws of the Republic of Singapore in relation to the protection of information and if required by any lawful authority for any legal purposes such as the enforcement of any laws or to prevent the breaching of any laws, we shall release all such information as is legally required by the requisite and lawful authority in accordance with the directions of the lawful court of the competent jurisdiction.

ComplaintsIf you have any complaint(s) arising from the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data, please be informed that your complaint(s) can be sent to the Data Protection Officer at the postal and/or email address stated above.
Availability of InformationUpon your request, we will make available to you information on our policies and practices developed and implemented by us as regards the collection, use and disclosure of personal data about you as well as our complaints process developed to receive and respond to your complaint(s).
Access to your personal dataUpon request by you (the “Access Request”), we shall provide you with the following information:
a. personal data about you that is in our possession or under our control; and/or
b. information about the ways in which your personal data have been or may have been used or disclosed by us within a year before the Access Request.

Correction of Personal DataYou may request (the “Correction Request”)us to correct an error or omission in relation to personal data about you that is in our possession or under our control by writing to the Data Protection Officer at the postal and/or email address stated above, including your name and identification particulars and such other information that we require to identify you and the relevant personal data.
Please be informed that we are entitled to charge a fee to recover the costs directly related to the Access Request for the time and effort spent by us in responding to your Access Request, and will let you know the amount accordingly.
Please also note that under the PDPA, we are not required to provide you with certain categories of information listed under the PDPA.

(d) For research and analysis, including surveys and polls.

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you:
(g) consent to CRE collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your personal data for the purposes as described above;
(h) consent to CRE transferring your personal data out of Singapore to CRE’s third party service providers or agents for the purposes as described above.

4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Site are the exclusive property of CRE or its content suppliers, and may be downloaded or printed for your own personal and non-commercial use only. All copyright notices on downloaded or printed material must be retained. Save as specifically permitted here, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, repost, modify, transmit, make available to the public, adapt, create a derivative work or otherwise use or exploit any content on the Site in any way or for any purpose. In addition, you may not distribute or make available any part of the Site over any other website or any network.
The names, trademarks, service marks and logos (the "Trade Marks") displayed on the Site are registered or unregistered Trade Marks of CRE, its affiliates or licensors. Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any such Trade Marks. CRE prohibits use of the Trade Marks as a "hot" link or in-link to any CRE site or other site unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by CRE in writing.
5. Submission of Contributions
CRE may provide facilities on the Site to permit you to submit any contribution (including but not limited to any text, graphics, video and/or audio content, and other materials or information) (“User Submissions”) to CRE or to the Site directly. You are solely responsible for your own Submissions, and CRE only acts as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of your Submissions.
By submitting your User Submissions, you agree as follows:-
(a) you will not include any content in your User Submissions that is or could be unlawful, defamatory, offensive, obscene, dangerous or false, or any content that is protected by copyright or other intellectual property right, without first obtaining permission of the copyright owner or rights-holder, or any content that contains any viruses, bugs or other harmful elements;
(b) you hereby grant to CRE a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free and sub-licensable right and licence to use, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights you have in your User Submissions in any media and for any purpose whether commercial, advertising or otherwise;
(c) you will not assume the identity of another user or a false identity when using the Site, and you will not use the Site for any unlawful or illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, harassing or otherwise causing distress to other users.
CRE shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the User Submissions contributed to the Site, including chat rooms and forums. CRE shall have the right to remove or delete any material that CRE, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of these terms or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate without having to assign any reason therefore. In addition, CRE shall have the right to terminate your use of the Site if it believes that you have violated these terms or for any other reason whatsoever, without notice to you.
6. Venue
Where you subscribe for any services on the Site that relates to any advertisement or other similar services, whether as a potential seller or buyer, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that the Site acts as a venue only and CRE is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy or truthfulness of any information that is posted by other users.
7. Indemnities
You agree to defend and hold CRE, its affiliates and related corporations from and against all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees on an indemnity basis, arising out of your use of the Site or any breach of these terms. In addition, CRE may use whatever information that is available about you to stop any such breach or any unlawful or inappropriate use of the Site, including informing any third party CRE deems appropriate of such breach or use and/or disclosing your personal information to such third party.
8. Severability
If any of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such term shall be struck out and the remaining terms shall be enforced. Any failure to act by CRE with respect to any breach by you or others of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions does not waive CRE’s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
9. Notice
You hereby agree and acknowledge :-
(a) that all electronic communications made pursuant to the use of this Site shall be given legal effect, validity and enforceability and shall have, between the parties thereto, comparable evidential value to that accorded to a signed written document;
(b) not to contest the legally binding nature, validity or enforceability of any transaction on the Site on the ground that it was entered into electronically.
10. Governing Laws
These terms shall be governed by Singapore laws and any dispute arising out of the use of the Site shall be referred to the Singapore courts.
